Just south of Graduate Hospital and west of Broad Street, Point Breeze is the new "it" neighborhood in Philadelphia. Bordered between Washington Ave and Mifflin Street and Broad to 25th Street, this up and coming neighborhood is filled with brand new construction homes and plenty of street parking. Point Breeze was named the hottest neighborhood in 2017. According to Zillow analytics for 2019, home values are forecasted to rise another 8.4% in the next year alone.
